I’ve been a neurophysiology researcher, IT systems administrator, and global leader in sales and marketing. I have inspected factories in Xi’an, negotiated supply chain deals in Guadalajara, and lectured in Bogotá. I help companies understand the systems they operate in so they can make decisions based on a holistic understanding of the world they operate in.

I am fascinated by intersections, those points where seemingly unrelated phenomena meet and influence cultures, perceptions, and behavior. I write and speak about the impact of these intersections on technology, society, and culture.

I currently work with a global financial services organization where I deliver insights that drive better systems, processes, and technologies. I build models and frameworks to help people understand their current state and create new products, services, and experiences for the future.
