Design is the act of intentionally organizing elements to create a desired outcome. Strategy is the understanding of an organization’s resources and leveraging those resources to create unique value in the world.

I am a user researcher, service designer, and strategist focused on experiences and human interactions. I run a research team for a global financial services organization where I deliver insights that drive better organization structures, systems, processes, and technologies.

I am fascinated by intersections, those points where seemingly unrelated phenomena meet and influence perceptions and behavior. I write and speak about the impact of these intersections on technology, society, and culture.
